Tripotomize — Terms of Service

Welcome to Tripotomize. By using our site or services ("Tripotomize Service") you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't proceed to use our services.

1. Accounts & Eligibility

• Must be 20+ and a real person (no bots).

• Provide accurate details and keep your account secure. You're responsible for activity on your account.

• To Activate subscription, you need to send us below mentioned documents :

To streamline the process, please refer to the checklist below for the required verification documents:

1. Company Verification Documents (Any two) :

Company Verification Document must clearly mention your company name and address. Document must be within the validity date (not expired).

A : Primary Documents (any one)

Certificate of Incorporation

GST Certificate [All 3 Pages]

Articles of Association

Memorandum of Association

Tourism Department Certificate

IATA Certificate

Travel Agent Association Membership Certificate**

B : Supporting Documents (any one)

Company PAN Card

Udyam Aadhar Registration [Annexure Copy]

Shop License / Trade License [Annexure Copy]

Company Current Account [Bank Details]

Any other document that shows your company name as a registered travel agency

NOTE : Documents marked ()** require an additional supporting document that includes the company name and address.

2. Personal Verification Documents (Any One) :

Personal Verification Document must clearly mention the name and address of the company Owner / Proprietor / Partner / Director.

Aadhar Card

Passport

Citizenship ID or any government-issued ID (For International Agents)

Any other government issued document that shows the name and address of owner / proprietor / partner / director.

Important Notes:

Documents marked with ()** will require an additional proof of company name and address or company's current bank account details.

Please ensure all documents submitted are valid and up-to-date.

**If we fail to receive these details within 7 working days we will put your account on temporary HOLD and will be able to activate once the process is done.**

2. Acceptable Use

• Don't use Tripotomize for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activities (malware, impersonation, IP infringement, abusive content, etc.).

3. Subscriptions, Payments & Refund Policy

• Plans are prepaid (monthly or yearly) and auto-renew unless cancelled.

• No refunds: All sales are final. We offer free demos/trials so you can evaluate before buying.

• Payment failures / gateway refunds: If a payment attempt is reversed or refunded by the payment partner, processing typically completes within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.

• Tripotomize may make exceptions or issue refunds at its discretion or as required by law.

4. Intellectual Property & Copyright Responsibility

• Your content remains yours. Tripotomize's name, logo, and site design are our property — don't reuse without permission.

• Subscriber Responsibility: You are solely responsible for ensuring that any images, text, or media you upload into the Tripotomize CRM do not violate copyright laws or the rights of others. Tripotomize will not be liable for any copyright infringements arising from subscriber-uploaded content.

5. Service Changes & Availability

• We may change, suspend, or discontinue features; we'll try to notify you about material changes. Service is provided "as is" — we can't guarantee uninterrupted access.

6. Liability & Disclaimer

• Tripotomize provides services "as available" without warranties. We're not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability won't exceed the amount you paid in the prior 90 days.

7. Termination & Cancellation

• Cancel anytime via your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellations take effect immediately. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Governing Law

• Tripotomize is a product of Andmore Technology and is governed by the laws of Dahod, GJ,India.
